Q: Why are all your prices $0.00?
We ship parts all over the world and depending where you are located we will quote you in USD or CAD currency. If you find the part you need or can't find the part you need give us a call at 1-866-765-0110 and we will be happy to help you

Q: Are all your parts listed on your site?
A: No we have a massive inventory of parts and bring in air shipments every two weeks. We have just listed a few key parts have been shown on the site. Call us at 1-866-765-0110 so we can help you locate all the parts you need.

Q: Where can I find a list of parts you have for my tractor?
A: We stock and supply parts based on parts manuals for each of the tractors listed on our home page. Because we have thousands of parts not everything is listed online. If you can't find what you are looking for call us toll free at 1-866-765-0110

Q: Why is my tractor overheating?
A. An overheating tractor is common and can easily be fixed. Visit our blog to find out why your tractor is overheating and get troubleshooting advice. 

Q: I'm not sure of the item I need, how can you help me?
A. We have a wonderful service manager that would be happy to talk you through the issues you are having. We can also exchange pictures through email and text message to insure we are sending out the correct items.

Q: Why wont my tractor hold a charge?
A. Check out the blog section to find out what could be the problem along with troubleshooting advice.

Q: Do you have cross referencing numbers for North American made oil, fuel and hydraulic filters?
A. No, unfortunately we do not have cross referencing to any North American filters. We only supply factory direct filters that are designed specifically for your tractor. To order filters we need the WB, JX or CX number off the filter and to know what engine model is in your tractor call us at 1-866-765-0110 so we can help you get the right filter for your tractor

Q: How do I know what engine I have in my tractor?
A. Most engines have a tag on the valve cover or on the side of the block that will state the model and family name of your engine. You will need this information to order any parts for your engine.
 
Q: Do you need my serial number?
A. No, unfortunately we cannot access part information based on your serial number. If you have a Fotontractor, the code for your tractor can be found in the cab/dash of your tractor. We can use this number to determine the parts that you need.

Q: What do I do if I cannot find the part I am looking for?
A.  It may be possible to special order a part we do not stock. Please call customer service at (866) 765-0110 or send an email with your parts request to info@asiantractorparts.com.

Q. How do I determine a left hand (LH) part from a right hand (RH) part?
A. Determine a left hand (LH) part from a right hand (RH) part as if you are sitting on your tractor.

Q. How do I determine the width of a wheel / rim?
A. To determine the width of a wheel / rim measure the inside (bead to bead) NOT outside to outside.

Q. Are your parts painted or primed?
A. Any part that is painted is intended as a primer to prohibit rust. The part must be repainted and in some cases, stripped and repainted.

Q. How do I order engine parts?
A. On the head of your engine there will be a plate that states the model information of your engine. You will need this information to order the correct parts.

Q. When can I place my order?

A.  Most of our orders get out same day. If items need to come in from China please talk to Joan for time frame.

Q. Can I include a note or special instructions with my order?
A. Yes. Special delivery instructions, alternative shipping addresses, etc. are accepted at the time your order is placed.

A. Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you do not have a credit card we are happy to help make alternative arrangements.
